late in 2009 i was working on a project that had a scene in a bikini bar (my character was appalled by it) one of our actresses had to play a girl that worked in this bar.
she had on a very skimpy leopard print corset and fishnets and heels - the whole get up. and granted, she looked bangin. i mean - her ass? forget-about-it.
anyway, she was talking about how the corset was pinching into her...
to get a full nights sleep every night for a month. i started yesterday - even invested in a little eye mask, and im telling you, i feel great! i cant wait to go to bed and do it again!

the best thing ive heard in a while
and definitely one of my new, New Years resolutions, came from one great friend at 3 am last night. she said that she may not excel at anything but that doesn’t matter. she thinks the world of herself, and she is excellent at being who she is, and that is the secret to her confidence.
i love it.
